Dr Adrian Bradley, a Chartered Patent Attorney and Partner at Cleveland Scott York is to chair a seminar on patents in Africa.

The webinar, entitled Patent Practice in Africa – Essential Knowledge and Developments has been organised with the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) and is intended for a professional audience.

  • Key aspects of local practice in North Africa, West Africa and Southern Africa;
  • Tactics for obtaining quality patent protection;
  • Enforcement of patent rights; and
  • The use of OAMI and ARIPO systems.

The webinar will take place between 12.30pm and 1.30pm on Wednesday 9 May 2018 and further information on how to take part is available here.
