As Practice Director, Nick’s role at Cleveland Scott York is to manage the support functions and to help the firm focus on and achieve its business objectives.
He has been working in management roles in professional service firms since 1997, having previously been an officer in the Army, and having managed a large agricultural trade show, the Royal Highland Show. He has worked with a number of Patent and Trade Mark firms and firms of solicitors in both permanent positions and as a consultant.
He is committed to helping Cleveland Scott York achieve the highest possible levels of client service and is always happy to talk to clients and others who have comments or observations, be they good or bad, on the firm’s client service.
