Louise Westbury

Consultant
Thames Valley

Louise has more than twenty years’ experience as a trade mark attorney and has worked in industry as well as private practice.

She enjoys working with clients to build a trade mark position that complements the business objectives of the company. Louise works with large and small portfolios, covering a diverse range of brands, from garden hoses to hand made shoes. She achieves protection of marks through by registration throughout the world, and maintains brands’ exclusivity by taking appropriate action against conflicting marks.

Louise takes a pragmatic and commercial view when advising on trade mark registrations and disputes. However, when it is required, Louise makes for a formidable advocate in fighting her client’s corner. Clients value her thorough approach, and her ability to simplify complex issues and provide concise and focused advice.
