Danielle qualified as a Trade Mark Attorney in 2020 and prepares, files and prosecutes trade mark applications around the world. She has specific experience liaising with the UKIPO, EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), WIPO and overseas attorneys to secure allowance of applications.
Danielle is often involved in sourcing and preparing evidence and legal arguments in support of applications and opposition/cancellation actions. Danielle assists with preparing and executing strategies for trade mark searching and is also involved in the negotiation and drafting of co-existence agreements. In addition, Danielle has experience in portfolio takeovers. This work involves due diligence exercises, recording assignments and maintaining large trade mark schedules.
