Danielle supports a number of trade mark attorneys and helps to prepare, file and prosecute trade mark applications around the world. She has specific experience liaising with the UKIPO, EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and overseas attorneys to secure allowance of applications.
Danielle is often involved in sourcing and preparing evidence in support of applications and opposition actions. She supports trade marks teams by conducting case-law research for use in the preparation of submissions and written arguments.
Danielle also assists in the negotiation and drafting of co-existence agreements. In addition, Danielle has experience in portfolio takeovers. This work can involve recording trade mark assignments and maintaining large trade mark schedules.
