Claire is a UK trade mark attorney, Solicitor of England & Wales (practising) and a Solicitor of the Republic of Ireland (non-practising). She deals with all aspects of trade mark prosecution including clearing marks for use, filing and prosecuting applications through to registration and enforcement issues, including anti-counterfeiting measures.

Her practice is global with particular emphasis on proceedings before the UK IPO, EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and WIPO.

Claire has particular expertise in partnering brand consultancies for global brand launches. She has worked in international law firms, in-house departments and boutique firms, giving her a wealth of experience and knowledge not only in terms of client-facing activities, but also in terms of managing back-office functions.

Claire has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including finance, luxury goods, food and drink, auctioneering and pharmaceuticals. Her straightforward and pragmatic approach has enabled her to settle many often long-standing and fractious disputes.
