Imogen is a respected expert within the trade mark profession. She works with medium and large companies in a range of industries and specialises in trade mark oppositions, cancellation actions and dispute resolution. Her clients value her sharp understanding of the technical issues, and her pragmatic and commercial advice.
Imogen is a Visiting Fellow at Queen Mary, University of London, where she lectures on trade mark law and practice in the UK and European Union. She has written and edited texts on European Trade Mark and Designs law and practice for many years, most recently working alongside Spyros Maniatis, Dimitris Botis and Alexander von Mühlendahl on the third edition of Trade Mark Law in Europe, published by the OUP.
Imogen’s involvement in CITMA and ECTA means that she has worked closely with policy advisers from a number of the key IP Offices. As a result, her clients know that they are benefitting from her knowledge of the most up to date law and practice.
